Editorial policy
How youqing writes and reviews its product and application content: sources used, what we refuse to claim, and how corrections are handled.
Who is responsible
Product and application content is written for ALEX (Export Sales) and reviewed before publishing. Drafts may be prepared with AI assistance; every published page is read and approved by a human who works with the products. Nothing is published on the basis of an AI draft alone.
What we base statements on
- · Chinese national and industry standards for coating performance, for example GB 30981.1-2025 for harmful-substance limits in architectural coatings.
- · The CNCA portal (www.cnca.gov.cn) for the status and scope of our CCC certificates.
- · Supplier technical data sheets and batch records for product-specific values.
- · Shipping and documentation practice from actual export shipments.
Specification tables are limits, not measurements
Where a page shows coverage, VOC, drying time or solids content, those are the values specified by the applicable Chinese standard, not our own laboratory results. Each such table carries a notice saying so. Treat them as a compliance baseline, and ask for a test report if you need measured figures for a specific batch.
What we do not claim
- · We do not describe the company as a long-established factory. The accurate statement is that the brand trademark has been registered since 2005 and that the paint manufacturing scope was added in 2024.
- · We claim only the certifications we actually hold (CCC, two certificates). China Environmental Labeling, French A+, ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, SABER and SNI are under application — the wording used is “under application, available upon request”.
- · We do not publish customer names, project lists or testimonials we cannot evidence.
- · We do not publish unit prices. Published FOB figures are indicative ranges only; a quotation always comes from a person.
Corrections
If a page states something inaccurate, email sales@yqchn.com with the page address and what is wrong. We correct the page, and the article schema on that page records the revision date.
