About Us
How a Paint Manufacturer Controls Quality
Inside our Shunde plant: how each batch is made, checked, numbered and kept.
Every batch we ship is produced, inspected and numbered in our own plant in Shunde, Guangdong. You get the route the batch took — incoming material check, dispersion, colour matching, filling and final release — and three records you can hold us to: a retained sample from each batch, a certificate of analysis with the measured VOC value, and one batch number that links the sample, the certificate and the cartons on your container.
About Us
How a batch moves through the plant
Five checkpoints from raw material to a sealed pail. Every batch runs the same route.
- 1
Incoming material check
Resins, pigments and additives are checked against the specification before they enter the batch.
- 2
Dispersion and milling
Pigment is dispersed and milled; fineness is measured before the base moves on.
- 3
Colour matching
The batch is matched to your RAL number, colour card or physical sample, and adjusted under standard light.
- 4
Filling and coding
Each pail is filled, sealed and coded. The batch code is printed on the pail and repeated on the packing list.
- 5
Final check and retained sample
Viscosity, density, fineness and appearance are checked before release, and a sealed sample is kept.
This is the route our water-based batches run at the Shunde plant. If your audit needs a documented flow chart, ask and we will send the current one.
Certification
Three records that come with any order
So a later question can be checked against the batch itself rather than argued about.
Every batch retained for 12 months
A sealed sample stays on the shelf and can be pulled back for comparison.
Each COA reports measured VOC
The certificate states the measured value for that batch, not a catalogue figure.
Batch numbers stay linked
The same number ties the retained sample, the COA and the cartons on your container.

FAQ
Factory and Quality Questions
Do you use third-party inspectors?
No third-party inspection is claimed. What you get is our own batch records: the retained sample, the certificate of analysis with the measured VOC, and the batch number that links them. If your market requires inspection by a body you nominate, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm what we can support.
What does the certificate of analysis contain?
The certificate states the measured values for that batch — VOC included — together with the batch number. It travels with the shipping documents, and a copy is kept with the retained sample.
How long do you keep samples?
A sealed sample from every batch is retained for 12 months, so a later question can be checked against the actual production rather than a description.
Can I visit the factory?
Buyers and their representatives are welcome at the Shunde plant. Tell us the dates you have in mind and we will confirm the visit and what you can see on the day.
Ask for the Batch Records
Tell us which systems you are buying and we will send the certificate format, the batch numbering and the retained-sample procedure for your file.
